After-funeral grief care

through your loss

The Grief Centre has partnered with funeral homes to provide Bereavement Support services in Australia since 2019.

​

Our Bereavement Support team sends loss and grief resources to bereaved individuals and families, and our Grief Companions follow up with phone calls to offer support in their time of loss and for up to a year after the bereavement.

​

Our Grief Companion team, who may have called you to offer support, are: Wangui, Karen, Jyoti, Julie, Dean, Anoush, Sarah and Sara.

Ask your funeral home if they partner with the Grief Centre for post-funeral grief care.​​
